You can request deletion of your GSG Academy account, or ask us to erase the personal data we hold about you, without signing in. Enter the email you used to register and we'll send you a confirmation link to verify the request.
How it works
- 1Choose what you’d like to do and enter your account email.
- 2We email a confirmation link to that address. The link is valid for 30 minutes.
- 3Open the link and press Proceed to confirm the request.
- 4For account deletion, your account is then scheduled for permanent removal after a 30-day grace period, you can sign back in during that window to cancel. For data deletion requests, our privacy team processes the request within 30 days.
