Response times
We aim to respond to support emails within two business days. Privacy rights requests are answered within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy. Business days are Monday to Friday, UAE time, excluding public holidays.
Frequently asked questions
I can't log in to my account.
Make sure you're using the email address you registered with. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot password" link on the login screen. If the problem persists, email hello@gsgacademy.co with your registered email and we'll help you recover access.
My certificate is still pending verification.
Certificates go through automated OCR followed by manual review by authorised personnel. This usually completes within a few business days. If yours has been pending for longer than a week, contact hello@gsgacademy.co with your account email.
I have a question about a course payment.
Physical course payments are processed by CCAvenue. Keep your order ID and transaction reference handy and email hello@gsgacademy.co, we can help trace the payment and resolve seat or meal selection issues.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account at any time from the in-app settings, or without signing in via the self-service page at /delete. Enter the email you registered with and we'll send a confirmation link, once you press Proceed, your account is scheduled for permanent removal after a 30-day grace period.
How do I request deletion of my personal data?
Use the same self-service page at /delete and choose "Request data deletion only" to submit a privacy request without closing your account. You can also email hello@gsgacademy.co from your registered address. Either way, we respond within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
How do I report a user or content?
Use the in-app report action on the post, message, or profile in question. For urgent matters, harassment, impersonation, or safety concerns, email hello@gsgacademy.co and we'll prioritise the review.
